The STAY at Liberty Farms has 10 individual canvas cabins (safari tents), each resting on its own spacious deck. Some of the 10 tents are at the hilltop, tucked into the greenery, enjoying uninterrupted views over Hudson Valley, others are more nestled into the forest.  The tents are big, bright and allow in lots of natural light. All canvas cabins are classic safari style each with en-suite bathrooms and a private deck. 

Inside each tent is a beautiful and comfortable handcrafted king-size bed, positioned to enjoy the best view when the tent is fully opened. There is also a seating area with armchairs and a writing desk. During the cooler months, we provide a heater to take the chill out of the canvas cabins.

An ensuite bathroom at the back of each deck and connected to each tent, with rain shower, traditional flush toilet, and sink with vanity.

The covered front decks have 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs and are a lovely spot to relax and take in the outdoors.

THE CAMP AREA

 

The STAY is located on our 400-acre certified organic farm, yet the “glampsite” is nestled away in the hedgerow, totally private and peaceful.

The Nest is a central lounge area with a deck overlooking the expansive Hudson hills and a short walk from each canvas cabin, providing a covered area to relax, read a book, play a board game or mingle with friends.

There are covered and open-aired dining areas, communal cooking and cleaning facilities, a lodge restroom, and of course a huge fire pit that is lit every evening by our staff. S’more supplies are accessible from the camp store.

There is an open-aired deck with the most stunning views of the Catskill Mountains and a favorite spot to watch the sunset!
